Autoland doesn't work for r= patches

Hello, It seems that i don't have access to autoland for r= patches. When i try to land a patch that was marked r= the message that i get is: You must have scm_level_3 access to land. For example this patch: https://reviewboard.mozilla.org/r/31237/

You do need level 3 access to be able to autoland. It also appears that the review in question needs is missing a "ship it" - it still shows r? in the right most column of the commit table.

hello,
Maybe this is the bug since i dot the Ship it! status on the patch. Also i've received the email that it told me review granted. Here is the copy paste from the email that i've got:
