Details
Right now we have two separate search service implementations, one in gecko, and one in Java.
Automated tests are disabled on Android for the gecko search service, and we often need to battle regressions.
The Java search service is not well tested because it's only used for the search activity, not the rest of the browser, but it should perform better because it does not depend on Gecko running.
Let's just consolidate our implementations to one written in Java.
