Followup for bug 1236014 chrome manifest registration isn't quite right for localizing feature add-ons. I'm actually not certain that the right place for l10n is in browser chrome as the repacks do it, but rather those files should find their way into the addon somehow. In any case, bug 1236014 added a hacky work around to make chrome.manifest chaining work correctly to include the feature add-ons, this should be cleaned up somehow.
