From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; Q312461)
BuildID: 2002020603
After entering your Zip Code and stock preferences into the MSNBC main page
upon visiting the first time, the text on the left hand side menu, and many
other places on the page, becomes white and therefore unreadable. I've
confirmed this on OSX, Redhat 7.2, and Windows XP.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to above site.
2.Enter preferences for your Zip Code and Stocks you want MSNBC to display for
you and then submit.
3.Check out the righthand news story bar.
Actual Results: Text became white and thus unreadable
Expected Results: Text should have remained black to contrast with the
background color, as it does in Netscape 6, 4.78, IE, etc.

Whoops.... It's late.... in the description above, where I first describe the
bug, "...first time, the text on the left hand side menu, and many..." should
instead read, "...first time, the text on the righthand side menu, and many..."
Sorry about that.

Confirming the bug. Changing the priority to P3.

The text seems to initially render correctly, but then turns white as the page
finishes loading.
I tried Save As on the page, but what I get seems to render correctly.
Another interesting note, is that the text in question is part of a link;
The mouse does not change indicating a clickable link. It becomes the I-beam
indicating text selection. The link, however, does seem to work.
I would recommend something better than a target of 1.1, MSNBC is a very popular
site, and Mozilla 1.0 should be able to work on this.
FYI - The platform indicated on this bug is All, I can confirm it occurs on
Linux with several builds over the last month or so.

Just noticed that, on Windows XP at least, with build 2002040314, this seems
to have been fixed!! Hooray!
