STR_1:
1. Open the following "data:" url
>   data:text/html,<a href="http://ya.ru/">Link</a>
2. Click on free space on the page (white area)
3. Press Tab to focus the Link. Press Tab to focus selected tab.
4. Press Shidt+Tab to focus the Link on the page

STR_2 (e10s only):
1. Copy this "data:" url, open new tab, paste the string into urlbar, press Enter
>   data:text/html,<a href="http://ya.ru/">Link</a>
2. Click in urlbar or press Ctrl+L to focus urlbar
3. Press Shift+Tab to focus identity block. Press Shift+Tab to focus selected tab.
4. Press Shidt+Tab to focus the Link on the page

Result:       
 Status panel isn't visible after Step 4.

Expectations: 
 The link "ya.ru" should be displayed in the status panel after Step 4, because the Link is focused
