I will find the IT colleague for the right answer. but it is strange that the same version on windows works well with the same proxy server.

log when the error occurs
> > do you know what kind of auth? cookie auth? http auth? ntlm? ntlm, I check the problem with IT, the proxy server don' t receive username and pwd info , so ... it is because firefox can't send the auth info?

I also test firefox 38 and 43 on linux host amd64, they don't correctly using the proxy server: the former is has the same bug as stated before, but latter (version 43) it seems the proxy setting doesn't functions at all, firefox want to direct connected to www.

Andrew, seems like another duplicate to the series? Do you have clues what to do here? zuogang, have you tried also Firefox 37, just to 100% confirm it's the first version that DOESN'T work? Thanks.
