Device: iPhone 6 Plus (9.2) Build: 1405 Steps: 1. Open a pdf file link (e.g. http://1.usa.gov/deeXKM) 2. Scroll the page to hide/show the URL bar Result: The content of the page is flickering when the URL bar is scrolled out of/into view https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dYVZKM3rs0c
