It seems to me there are intermittents look like we dispatch fullscreenchange event before window size finishes changing. It is not expected. I'd like to add an assertion for this, so that we can understand how frequently it happens, and I suppose it would help debugging this issue as well.

This was the WIP patch I wrote for this bug a while ago. Since I don't have idea how can we fix bug 1254448, this check isn't going to land any time soonish. Just upload it in case we may need it in the future.
