To enable Stumbler we prompt the user to grant the Location permission. However this permission can later be revoked in Android's settings. Currently the background service catches this and does not run. To improve this we could: 1) Show a snackbar to ask for the permission inside the app (once per app start) or 2) Disable the stumbler pref if the service is enabled and we do not have the permission anymore.
