Split from bug 1195251

The current searchplugin baambootratuav.xml is broken. Domain moved from tratu.baamboo.com to tratu.soha.vn

Also Name ("Baamboo TraTừ AV") and Description ("Baamboo Tra Từ (Anh-Việt)") need to be updated.

Searchplugin was added in bug 463441. I think we need to get in touch with them to double check parameters and confirm the authorization to include it in the build.

Anyone from the Vietnamese team willing to help?

Some more notes:
* They have a searchplugin exposed on their website, so we should reuse name and description. Search parameters are identical to the one currently used, minus the updated domain

Mail sent to a recipient found in the main domain (the email address exposed in the footer of the subdomain fails).

Given the lack of response, and the fact that they have a broken email address in their website, I'll go ahead and remove the searchplugin.

For the Vietnamese team: if you think that this searchplugin is relevant for your locale, please try to find a working point of contact and file a new bug to get it added.

Remove broken searchplugin.

The list is getting very short, not sure if there's value in adding some of the en-US defaults (maybe a different bug). Definitely no value in shipping a broken searchplugin.
