Details
Steps to reproduce:
1. Load MP-stage operators dashboard page https://marketplace.allizom.org/operators/
2. Submit a new operator shelf (i.e. ShelfonShelf)
3. Edit the new created operator
Expected results:
There are no display or layout issues.The operator can be edited. The changes are successfully saved.
Actual results:
The feed image is displayed. The operator cannot be updated because of this.
Notes/Issue:
The feed image is also not displayed in MP homepage.
Reproducible from Curation Tools also. A 404 error code is displayed in the console.
Verified on FF46(Win 7). Issue is reproducing on MP-stage.

Operator shelves are planning to be retired, because of carrier decisions.
