I tried doing this myself on the admin node, but w0ts0n says it's puppet-managed and needs to be done there. We should just need "pyyaml" added to the list of packages to install in the aus4-admin and aus4 virtualenvs.

I did the following: * Installed pyymal into the virtualenv in /data/aus-dev/src/venv * Ran /data/aus-dev/deploy aus4-admin-dev.allizom.org * Ran /data/aus-dev/deploy aus4-dev.allizom.org ...and pyyaml looks to be working correctly in dev now.
