Browser is build 2002020421 for linux.

Problem: When View>Show/Hide>Site Navigation Bar>Show Only As Needeed is
selected, and tabbed navigation is enabled, the site navigation bar is active
only for the topmost ("main") tab.

Reproduce:

1. Enable tabbed navigation and site navigation bar as "show only as needed"
2. Open new browser window (ctrl+n)
3. Go into any site which has nagivation thingies (slashdot.org for example)
4. Open any link on that site into another tab

Look how the nagivation bar behaves in the tabbed window: its functionality
refers to the topmost tab state.

Caveat: I haven't checked how mozilla would react if the tabbed window would
itself have nagivation elements enabled.

Also, it is not clear how the navigation bar should behave in this case, since
it would be most cumbersome if the window tab would jump up and down depending
on which tab has been selected, if it was updated based on the currently viewed
tab contents..
NB: I remember seeing some similar bug report, but could not find it. So this
might be a duplicate.
