Console messages logged from a page aren't shown in Browser Console with e10s if Browser Console is opened after the messages were logged

STR:

* Open a new e10s tab to https://bgrins.github.io/devtools-demos/console/all.html
* Open the Browser Console

Expected:

See various logs from the page in the Browser Console (like 'Worker said:  worker init')

Actual:

Messages don't show up.  If you reload the page while the Browser Console is opened then they show up.
Confirming that this is still an issue in fx 60.0a1 (2018-02-14)

Those messages are visible now (not sure when it was fixed, but it's been a while since we added the checkbox in the browser console in Bug 1260877)
