STR: 1) Have a saved login for www.anthem.com 2) Visit https://www.anthem.com/health-insurance/home/overview Actual: Firefox asks me if I'd like to remember a password with a blank username. Expected: I shouldn't see the "Would you like Firefox to remember this password?" doorhanger if I didn't try to log in. We have a recipe for anthem.com (bug 1144981), but it could be a red herring.
