1241430 - "Crash report already submitted" screen is not displayed

The last picture from the mockup - "Crash report already submitted; thank you for helping make Firefox better!" is not displayed, no matter what I do.

This is due to the change made so only one tab shows the crash.

Correction to what I said. It is all front tabs (all windows foreground/background) that show the page.
With two windows both show crash page. Then you can get the message. bug 1209689 made the change.

I've managed to reproduce this issue on the latest Aurora(46.0a2). After I crashed one tab and restore it, crash again, "Crash report already submitted; thank you for helping make Firefox better!" message was not displayed.

This is the expected behavior since those are two different crash reports. This message should only displayed in the exceptional circumstance where we race submitting the crash report and restoring the tab such that we try to submit the same crash report twice.
