seems we have a lot of test/build failures related to s3-copy-proxy-us-west-1.taskcluster.svc.tutum.io    like:

closing integration trees sicne this seem to affect more and more tier 1 platforms/tests like  Mulet Linux x64 opt  and  B2G KK Emulator x86 opt
