I tried to create a repack of Firefox Nightly in German but this failed at |mozmake installers-de| with

Steps to reproduce:
1. In the mozilla-central source directory, run: hg update -r 2e50b83954e62d52d2ef294e850c4380d457d96a
(I had tried to repack before but had to rebuild because going back to the revision identified by |mozmake ident| contained a change to the clobber file.)
2. Run |mach build| in the source directory.
3. Set up the German (locale code: de) localization repository for mozilla-central: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Creating_a_Language_Pack#Pre-build_steps
4. In that repo, run |hg pull http://hg.mozilla.org/releases/l10n/mozilla-aurora/de/ && hg merge && hg commit|
5. Follow the instructions to create a l10n binary repack at https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Creating_a_Language_Pack#L10n_binary_repack , replace "x-testing" with "de".
Actual result:
Failure mentioned above.
|mozmake merge-de| didn't return any error.

Got it working after |mach configure|. Maybe the |mozmake unpack| step was missing after downloading the source again after the clobber.
