The profile manager window empty until a repaint is triggered by e.g. moving the mouse over the positions of the button. So this might be a hardware acceleration issue. Same issue occurs when the dialog to create a new profile gets opened.

Encountered the same behavior with latest Nightly 46.0a1 (from 2016-01-21), under Windows 7 64-bit, Windows 10 64-bit and Windows 10 32-bit.
Not reproducible with Mac OS X 10.10.5 nor Ubuntu 14.04 32-bit.
