Details
We should add some UI telemetry probes to associate certain events with onboarding experiments to measure their affect on engagement.
To start:
* Number of users that used that clicked on a suggestion in search
* Number of user that clicked on a history or bookmark suggestion in search
* Number of users that enabled the data saver (image block)

The work shows that we have enough probes, or recently landed a probe, to cover these questions. The work also shows that as you get more specific about your question, the less confidence we have in the answer. The data is not magic.
With the onboarding.# probes, the experiment sessions and other UI probes, we have the means to explore these questions.
