The mach command for mozharness driven test-suites (as implemented via bug 1207377) does not work anymore for me and for Andrew when we run it in the local tree.

James, as original author would you mind to have a look? Has something regressed here?

What error did you get? Was this with the test packages built? If not it should at least give a more informative error message when those aren't found.

So when I try to run mach from the packaged tests it doesn't work at all:

$ ./mach help
[..]
  File "/mozilla/code/gecko/obj/aurora/dist/test/tools/mach/mach/main.py", line 258, in load_commands_from_file
    imp.load_source(module_name, path)
IOError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory

Looks like no commands are available. I think that should be a separate bug.
