[Video]The playback will hang at last second when playing the video which is recorded by mobile. 

[Test Steps]
1. Launch camera and record a video.
2. Launch video and play the video.
3. The playback will hang at last second when playing the video which is recorded by mobile.

[Expected result]
3. The video which is recorded by mobile can be played without error till the end.

[Actual result]
3. The playback will hang at last second when playing the video which is recorded by mobile.
This issue is NOT observed when playing the video which is stored in Mobile storage via USB transfer.
