[TV][2.6]The "Virtual keyboard" cannot show up after selecting "Sign in to Sync" from Menu icon.

[Testing Steps]
1. Launch Browser
2. Move cursor to Menu icon and press OK 
3. Select "Sign in to Sync" and press OK

[Expected result]
Go to Firefox Account - Sign In page
The default highlight will at the "Enter your email" field , and
Virtual keyboard shows up.

[Actual result]
The "Virtual keyboard" cannot show up after selecting "Sign in to Sync" from Menu icon.

We don't support virtual keyboard on production build, and also the virtual keyboard app isn't on current TV app scope. Mark it as WONTFIX first
