 1. Load a Google Photos album, like this one:

 2. Click on a photo thumbnail.

ACTUAL RESULTS:
Nothing happens. (Or sometimes, the thumbnail may just disappear; it varies.)

EXPECTED RESULTS:
Thumbnail should zoom to fill the page w/ full photo.

The bug goes away if I disable the pref "layout.css.prefixes.webkit". It also seems to have regressed very recently; narrowing down an exact range.

...or sometimes, the viewport turns black (a background for the zoomed-in image) and there's a spinner to indicate that the image is loading, but the image never appears. (and there's no "zooming in" effect)
