We can't access one of the mozilla load balancer

   - https://10.8.8.200:9090/apps/zxtm/, zlb1.ops.phx1.mozilla.com

Others are working well

   - https://10.22.8.209:9090/apps/zxtm/login.cgi, zlb2.ops.scl3.mozilla.com OK
   - https://10.8.75.61:9090/apps/zxtm/login.cgi, zlb1.internal.private.phx1.mozilla.com OK

Connection timeouts when we try to reach https://10.8.8.200:9090/apps/zxtm/, zlb1.ops.phx1.mozilla.com

Nope, the mana list of Zeus load balancers is accurate. The current list (for Pythian purposes) would be:

PHX1 Internal: zlb1.internal.private.phx1.mozilla.com
PHX1 External: zlb1.external.private.phx1.mozilla.com

SCL3 Internal: zlb2.ops.scl3.mozilla.com
SCL3 External: zlb1.ops.scl3.mozilla.com

Please note that a great many services were migrated from PHX1 Internal to SCL3 Internal in October and may exist in *both* places. Be sure to verify that you're working in the correct load balancer by verifying that it is hosting the Traffic IP for the cluster being worked on.

Pythian, please feel free to open a separate bug if you have issues connecting to an alternate LB.
