when editing a top site in about:home the modal window dissappears on orentation change

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/47.0.2526.111 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the browser.
2. In the main page tap on "+" icon.
3. When the modal window is displayed, change the device position. (Landscape to portrait or vice-versa)
4. Observe that the modal window disappears.
Actual results:
The modal window disappears.
Expected results:
The modal window remains focused after the change in position.

This is about the "+" for "Add a site" on the top sites panel, right? I see this happening too.

Same happens with long press > edit
