STR.
1. Make sure your codebase already has the changeset of bug1238472.
2. Go to file_browserElement_NoAudioTrack.html 	
3. Comment the line#7 
    > audio.preload = "none"
4. Run this test on the emulator-kk-x86

Expected.
5. The test passes

Actual.
5. The test fails
The test would fail because the iframe in the browserElement_NoAudioTrack.js can't receive the "mozbrowserloadend" event.
