1242011 - Autophone - include host name in alert emails and Treeherder job details.

It would help to diagnose host specific issues such as Bug 1241584 if the alert emails contained the host name. This would also be helpful for inspecting jobs on Treeherder. I think the Job details tab is a good spot for this.

This is a simple change which provides basic information about which host ran the test. I've been testing it along with the patch for bug 1242070. Since this will help diagnose host specific issues quicker and since the Nexus 6P's are really falling behind and could use the benefit of bug 1242070, I'm going to go ahead and land this.
