Steps to reproduce:

Click on either View->Message Security Info, or on the icon within the message toolbar that looks like an envelope with a red dot in it (for signed message)


Actual results:

Nothing

Usually, in previous versions, it would bring up a dialog with details about message signing and/or encryption.
