screenshot 1 - Splitter between left sidebar and content follows mouse pointer.png

>>>   My Info:   Win7_64, Nightly 46, 32bit, ID 20160121030208
STR:
1. Open Devtools -> Storage on this page or enable and launch WebIDE
2. If you opened Storage, then click any stored cookie to open the right sidebar
3. Resize the left sidebar so that it took 1/3 of the window's width
4. Resize the right sidebar in specific way:
4.1. Place mouse over the splitter between content in the middle and the right sidebar
 4.2. Hold left mouse button
4.3. Move mouse pointer to the very left side of the screen

Note:
When I resize the left splitter in the same manner as described in Step 4,
the right splitter stays on its place (inconsistency)

Result: the left splitter follows the mouse pointer
Expectations:
 Either A or B
 A) Left resizer should stay on it's place (shouldn't follow the mouse pointer)
 B) Left splitter should follow the mouse pointer in all other devtools
which have left and right sidebar, including Style Editor, Debugger.
And also the right splitter should also follow the mouse pointer
if I resize the left sidebar in the same manner as described in Step 4.
Very weird. I wonder if this is an issue with XUL splitters in general
