Let's land with Software rendering for now
Make software rendering with the RPI2 will require some more work on Gecko side.
Software rendering in Android is made via libGLES_android.so which implements EGL v1.2, and we do not support this version on Gecko (at least for the FFOS path).
Given that Hardware Rendering [1] is mostly working, I wouldn't spend time on this implementation.
