1242503 - First name and Last name register fields can be empty

Steps to reproduce:
1.In“Dev Web Apps” navigate to an app with video content and press “OK”(“Enter” key on the keyboard).
2.Select icon for login/register and choose register.
3.Leave the form empty and press next.

Expected results:
Fields can’t be empty, a notification is displayed.

Actual results:
First Name and Last Name can be empty the user can continue the register process.

Note/Issues:
Environment: 2.5 Simulator.
This issue is reproducing in -dev server.

Is it a content(website) issue? Which app did you click on?

I can reproduce it using all the apps except Youzeek.

Looks like a content issue. We do not have any register process on our side.

Real TV also has this problem, I think this is content issue

Since web apps won't in 2.6 scope, this issue is not valid anymore after removing web apps from our build.
