I've been getting these for some time now, and am past due on filing.

On my GS3 / CM12.1 - 5.1.1 / Swiftkey KBD, I get fairly regular crashes ... sometimes my UI itself crashs and "forgets" systems settings like my Wallpaper, sometimes my phone reboots, usually I hang until the lock screen kicks in (depicted below).

fyi, I've been allowing auto-submitting crash reports.

Using clean nightly (today) w/no addons, this testcase [0], and the following STR, I can observe: [1], and snatch a logcat [2] in the process.

1) Start dropbox
2) navigate and launch testcase (Firefox not started yet)
3) Rotate screen
4) Tap into field past end of text

Thought I'd cc: jchen, as I filed this under Pan/Zoom due to all the
[Tiling:Client] Failed to allocate a TextureClient (B)

messages, but tapping into an input is involved.

Seems like an OOM that takes down Android?

This feels kinda similar to bug 1170675.

Mark, could you please reproduce with layout.display-list.dump=true, and attach the logcat. That might be able to tell us something useful (if we don't crash first!)

Ah :-) I forgot about bug 1170675 ...

Here's the logcat [0] with |layout.display-list.dump| set true ... it runs on longer than yesterday, I forgot I'd bumped up my screen-sleep timer to 5 mins.
