MOZ_SERVICES_HEALTHREPORT is defined in xulrunner/confvars.sh [1]. We should investigate if that's needed. If it's not, then we should remove it.

Bug 831688 seems to imply that xulrunner is being used for Debian and Fedora builds as well. Two open questions there:

- Is xulrunner still powering those builds?
- If that's the case, do we want about:healthreport & selfsupport there?
- Do we want Telemetry as well?

I'm not aware of the final outcome though.

I assume we can drop MOZ_SERVICES_HEALTHREPORT from this either way and have Benjamin review it.
