I think that it's important to say that I have never installed Flash Player
Could you test:
1) in safe mode:
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode
2) with a clean profile:
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles
Same issue?

I can confirm the issue in both cases you mentioned. Sorry for the delay, but it only happens at my work. In my mac it works greatly.

Try setting media.gstreamer.enabled=false and see if the issue is still reproducible.

After setting media.gstreamer.enabled=false the problem seems to be gone. Can someone explain better?
Gstreamer is no longer supported because it is problematic. We removed support entirely in 46. We need to set the pref in 45 to disable it.

assuming fixed as media.gstreamer.enabled=false in 44 and fully removed in 46.
