Details

DOM Fullscreen should have its own property on window (inDOMFullscreen, perhaps) to distinguish it from fullscreen, so we can apply special CSS to it removing styles we don't want to use in DOM fullscreen. (eg. removing the blue bar on modern theme, etc)
