Details

Per bug 1051651, the Android runtime sometimes leaves a downloaded APK file in the system's Downloads directory after installing/updating (or failing to install/update) a synthetic APK. We should consider deleting those when disabling the runtime, so they don't take up space on user devices unnecessarily.
