Description:
While an alarm is activated if the user holds the power button to see the list of power options the cancel button will be cut off.
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20160125140104
2) Set an alarm to go off within 1 minute
3) Hold power power when alarm is triggered
Actual:
Cancel button is cut off.
Expected:
It is expected that the cancel button will be fit accordingly to the screen.

CORRECTION: This is reproduced by setting a timer. Not alarm.

This issue DOES occur on Aries 2.5, Flame 2.6 and Flame 2.5.
Result: With the SHB enabled the cancel button will still fit accordingly when the power menu is active during alarm.
