Details

I have no idea what's up here, but the test was finished

 13:44:42 INFO - 152 INFO TEST-PASS | browser/components/places/tests/browser/browser_bookmarkProperties_editTagContainer.js | Found the right number of tags -
 13:44:42 INFO - 153 INFO TEST-PASS | browser/components/places/tests/browser/browser_bookmarkProperties_editTagContainer.js | Found the expected tag -
13:44:42 INFO - 154 INFO Leaving test

So looks like it is the harness that timed out... And it wrongly blamed the test.

Phil did you see other cases around where the test finishes and mochitest-browser hangs?

Nothing I'm aware of - the only thing currently hanging all over the place and producing new 330 second bugs is media/, which is nothing out of the ordinary for them, just pretty much what they do.
