2002020703 Wins build on NT

The selection of LDAP directory or Personal AB in Address Book Pane should
persist if relaunching.

1. launch Address Book window
2. select one LDAP directory
3. close Address Book window or even exit N6
4. start N6 and launch Address Book

Actual result: the selection of LDAP directory from Step 2. doesn't hold.
Instead, whatever first in the Address Book pane is selected

Expected result: the selection of LDAP directory from Step 2. should remain
