also note: we've disable sponsored and suggested tiles, thus /firefox/tiles is deprecated

For short term, definitely makes sense to redirect to the SUMO page. However, I would prefer if eventually we remove the link from the navigation that directs to these url at some point - I don't think it's needed.

Verified FIXED; https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/tiles/ and https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/tiles/ now redirect via an HTTP 301 to https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/about-tiles-new-tab
