Following bug 1051539 and bug 1128948, Safwan asked me to file a new bug for similar issues in other items from the top left menu. This bug is about the "Discussion" item.

STR:
1. Click https://support.mozilla.org/nl/kb/unable-install-add-ons-extensions-or-themes (Dutch/Nederlands version).
2. Click "Vertalingen tonen" (Show translations) in the top left menu.
3. Click "Discussie" (Discussion) in the top left menu.

Actual results:
https://support.mozilla.org/nl/kb/unable-install-add-ons-extensions-or-themes/discuss leads to 404.

Expected results:
Page should show localized Discussion page page while maintaining en-US slug, similar to e.g. https://support.mozilla.org/nl/kb/unable-install-add-ons-extensions-or-themes/edit.
