1243227 - Add an article about Firefox Accounts on AMO

We are looking at converting AMO to using Firefox Accounts. We'd like to have a page on SUMO explaining how to do the upgrade.

We've been working on the content here:

Would like to get the page created in time for the move which is in a couple of weeks if that's possible.

I think this is looking good and we are good to go. We are aiming for a launch of this on Feb 11th if that's ok. Anything else you want to do on this Amy?

Andy or Amy, Do we need to localize this? It might take a couple of weeks.

There's a link to  addons-mozilla.org in https://support.mozilla.org/kb/access-your-add-ons-firefox-account with a dash instead of a dot. Other than that it looks good.

Andy, I've fixed the link in the article. Thanks for catching that.

Amy, if the two-week timeframe for localization is okay with you, I don't need to know specific languages. We'll only need specifics if we need to prioritize certain languages before the two week timeframe.
