In bug 1190860 we've moved tooltool calls inside of mock, so the cache won't be shared between any jobs (just ones that don't destroy the mock env and rebuild). We can add a bind mount like we have for ccache, hg-shared, etc to avoid this.

As simple as this ? Also removing mozilla-centos6-i386.cfg as there are no references left in build repos or m-c.
