Build ID: 20160123151951
Steps to reproduce:
I have downloaded and installed three PDF readers (Acrobat, Nitro, and Sumatra; they each have different advantages for different parts of my workflow). I attempted to change from your default PDF viewer (which, on the rare occasions in works, does not fit with my workflow) to each of the above plugins, purely to see which worked best as an in-browser PDF viewer.
Actual results:
I discovered that about:preferences#applications would only show me the Acrobat plugin for PDF files. Unless I disabled that plugin in about:addons. Then it would show me the Nitro plugin, but only the Nitro plugin. When I disabled that one as well, finally I could see the Sumatra plugin in the dropdown menu. However, as soon as I re-enabled either Nitro or Acrobat (or both) only the plugin earliest in alphabetical order was visible and usable. In other words, Sumatra (and potentially Nitro) were no longer available for selection.
Expected results:
All three plugins should have been available in the PDF entry in about:preferences#applications
Opening "Use Other" did not help.
