Str

1. Select text to show keyboard and zoom in all the way in the page.
2. Switch app by holding the home key
3. Restore firefox
What device and version? I can't repro on Nexus 4.

I guess technically on the Nexus 4 I can't switch apps by holding the home key, there's a dedicated app-switch key.

Nexus 4 running 5.1.1. I saw the bug on release FF 41.0.0.2. This time I had to type some text and try it several time. Here's better STR since I filed this from my phone earlier:

1. Go to: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1213429
2. Scroll down to the comment select
3. Type about 5 characters, make sure the keyboard is still open.
4. Hold the square app switch button, switch to another other app, switch back to firefox
5. If bug doesn't reproduce loop back to step 3 a few times.

Yes you're right. I meant the square button.
Can you repro on nightly? snorp fixed a thing with the keyboard flashing recently, that might have taken care of this. And anyway 41 is a pretty old release, might want to upgrade. You know, it being International Data Privacy Day and all :p
