When the file transfer window indicates that the file is 100% downloaded,
mozilla freezes and Win2K prompts me to End Now when I try closing the file
transfer window. I have tried to download this file repeatedly but the same
thing keeps happening.
Note that I could download other files from the same page without problem.
I don't know if the %20 is added onto the URL by mozilla when I do a "Copy Link
Address" on the link. When I hover the cursor within the page, the actual URL
shows up as "http://www.uidaho.edu/~scot4875/Abuse Setup.exe" (with an actual
space instead of %20) between "Abuse" and "Setup". The other files I was able to
download did not have any spaces in their names...

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to http://www.uidaho.edu/~scot4875/
2.Click on link Abuse (Abuse for Windows (Full version)) to download it
3.Enjoy
If the download completed without a hitch, there's a serious problem

Actual Results:  The file transfer window freezes (along with the rest of
mozilla) at 100%

Expected Results:  Saved the file to disk (it didn't, not even a 0 length file)
and closed the file transfer window.
