Details

Current: If we mark a topic as "visible" in Admin, these topics remain hidden on its parent product page unless it contains a public en-us article. Recently (and possibly in the future), we've had to create locale-specific articles without en-us parents. New request: Please unhide topics that are marked visible if they contain at least one article from any locale, as long as the article is public (marked as "How To" or "Troubleshooting").
