Description:
if the user is touching an app icon and presses the locking screen on the phone unlocking the phone will result in the homescreen being in edit mode. this occus with lockscreen on and lockscreen off.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20160128111403
2) touch an app icon and quickly lock the phone
3) unlock the phone
4) observe homescreen

Actual:
the homescreen is in edit mode

Expected:
It is expected that the homescreen is not in edit mode when unlocking the phone

This issue DOES occur on Flame 2.6 and Aries 2.5.

On Aries 2.5 this would only occur of the app I was touching was one that would initiate edit mode.
