Can you go to about:crashes and provide the crash ID of the crash? Is it crashing on startup all the time?

This is a clone of Bug "1243947 - Crashed while opening it on Windows 7" It seems user can use SeaMonkey 2.40 (the user agent string is strangely incomplete), there will be no activity on this problem until we know that a current Version is affected. @Reporter: Same advice as Bug 1243947 Comment#1 You should ask for support <http://www.seamonkey-project.org/community>, <http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewforum.php?f=40&sid=d5197a24715d0ba8a8226c6341ce612a> where additional information will be required. Only "error message" is not useful.
